Return Policy
At Outdoor Sports we value your business
and make every effort to satisfy each and every customer; therefore. Before
placing an order, please review Outdoor Sports GUARANTEE set forth below.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Outdoor Sports wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! When you
receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor
workmanship. Most equipment are insured and freight damage needs to be noted at
the time of delivery and handled quickly. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, we ask that you return it unused within 30 days for replacement
or refund, less shipping and handling charges. Outdoor Sports reserves
the right to charge a 25% restocking fee or even reject the returned items all
together if they are found to be incomplete or used. If an item is
rejected it will returned to the customer at their cost or discarded, no refund
will be issued for rejected items. The restocking fee is charged by most
of our suppliers and is simply passed on to our customers. Due to the
nature of our business quite a few items (such as rescue related material) can
not be resold if they are unpackaged or used at all.
All items will be inspected before any
final decision is made on credits. The returns department retains full
discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges, or in-store credits.
All special orders are non-refundable. It should be noted that most
trailers and Boggans are considered special orders and typically can not be
returned. This is partially based on the cost of shipping the units back
an forth. We cannot accept any parcels freight collect or COD. A
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
Please contact us via email or telephone for discussing any problems and for
obtaining a RMA number. Any packages received with the RMA number not
clearly visible on the package will be rejected and returned to the sender.
All credit card purchases that are returned and qualify for a refund in
accordance with these terms will entitle the purchaser to a credit issued to the
same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. If you have

PRICE PROTECTION POLICY
At Outdoor Sports, we stress quality and service and intend not to be undersold.
We handle price matching requests on a case by case basis and will do our best
to satisfy your needs however we reserve the right not sell any item below our
original cost plus any and all shipping and handling charges. Any such request
should be made within 30 days of the purchase.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Outdoor Sports disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including but
not limited to implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR
PURPOSE with respect to any merchandise purchased from a Outdoor Sports showroom
or catalog. Outdoor Sports liability in connection with a customer's
purchase is expressly limited to Outdoor Sports GUARANTEE set forth above, and
all claims for consequential, incidental, or special damages are hereby
excluded.
MISPRINTS
Maybe we goofed! At Outdoor Sports we try to be very careful not to make errors,
but sometimes it happens; therefore, in the event of an error in pricing, we
reserve the right not to sell any item below our cost.

information and after processing the order do no store any of this information.
